Annual General Meeting Audi

The procedures and organization of annual general meetings are strictly regulated by law and oftentimes even specified by the minute. The requirements for technical equipment are quite high, especially regarding audio-visual transmission. Holtmann has many years of experience with the special provisions of general annual meetings and is therefore able to handle all specifications professionally and in full compliance with the relevant laws. Planwerkstatt developed the concept which we were tasked to implement fully. Among others, we were in charge of the stage, backstage and catering areas as well as the reception area outdoors. In addition to that, we were responsible for compliance with relevant fire protection regulations of the event.

As a specialist for project execution, we were able to fully apply our comprehensive technical and regulatory knowledge at the Audi general annual meeting. Even before the event started, we submitted necessary applications for required permits. On top of that, we were charged with the supervision of construction, production and site. Further important tasks included project management with coordination, scheduling, sequence planning as well as managing the various contractors and logistics. Of course, assembly and disassembly of the entire event construction was another important job.
