The BMW M Festival

The M Festival is an annual event held by the motor sports branch of BMW. Holtmann was contracted to implement all event construction activities at the Nürburgring race track. VokDams had created the design. The M Festival was first held in 2010. Since then, racing enthusiasts participate in the annual festival to enjoy the “Green Hell” with peers. Guests get to visit the pit lane and marvel at the extravagant BMW sports cars on display.

For our client BMW, we carried out all planning, handling as well as construction activities for the festival at the Nürburgring race track. We were also in charge of project management. At the event site, we assembled all construction parts like pedestals for the cars, walls and the stage. In addition, we took care of furnishing. Logistics was also on our to do list. Last but not least, we took care of branding at the fences and on windows.
