Sustainable exhibition stand for Hamburg Invest Service at the Expo Real 2019

For the Expo Real 2019, an exhibition stand was to be implemented for HIS GmbH and the City of Hamburg following an existing design.

The design for the stand came from deitlaff-schott while Holtmann was in charge of the complete implementation. Our tasks were, among others, installing all media technology with columns for partners, light fixtures and monitors as well as the lighted table of the Hafencity. Additionally, we took care of the stand lighting, installing the circumferential head banners and wiring work for the LAN. Holtmann also equipped the stand with chic furniture and was responsible for the outer walls and floor construction.

In addition to the installation and assembly services, we also were in charge of creating of graphics and made sure logistics ran smoothly.

The stand is re-useable which is why we store it at our facilities every year. This was the 18th time that HIS had hired us for exhibition stand construction and the long-standing partnership runs like a well-oiled machine. Our customer-centric approach has led to impressive client retention. We’re looking forward to many more years of collaboration.
