Exhibition stand resembling Mulco’s products at the Hannover Messe 2019

Task
Our long-standing client requested a fresh, new design for their exhibition stand. Holtmann pitched and won the contract. The products to be exhibited – drive belts – should be staged in a lounge-like atmosphere and were supposed to be the center of attention. A medium-sized budget was available for the stand.

Implementation
The wall design consisted of modules with slatted wood which gave the stand an elegant half-transparency. A lot of work went into the development of the slatted walls, both for the design and the technical implementation.
Showcases were created to elevate the exhibits. The lighting within the wooden cases made the products look sophisticated. The slatted walls were a reference to the product and emphasized the drive belts’ significance for the stand. At the entry of the stand, a big exhibit served as an eye-catcher.
The entire staging needed a high level of attention to detail and skills. This rang especially true for embedding the exhibits into the showcases as only their upper part was to be seen.
